Scheduled visual inspection of your home while you’re away, including interior and exterior checks, temperature and humidity monitoring, plumbing and A/C observations, visible signs of leaks, pests or moisture, and detailed digital reports with photo documentation after each visit.

Pre-storm property preparation and coordination, followed by priority post-storm visual checks. We inspect for visual signs of water damage, water intrusion and other concerns, provide photo documentation, and promptly notify you of issues requiring attention.

Make coming home-and leaving again- easier. We can prepare your home before arrival and help close it up after departure, including thermostat and lighting adjustments, grocery/refrigerator stocking, linen and bed preparation, patio/lanai setup, package handling and other requested home preparations.

Personalized assistance for your Southwest Florida home, including vendor access and coordination, key-holder services, package and delivery appointments, vehicle checks, mail forwarding, grocery stocking and other customized homeowner requests.
